Stakeholder Meeting on the Global Digital Compact
convened by the United Nations Office for
Digital and Emerging Technologies
04 December 2025,
the Global AI Center POLLYPRIANY took an active part in the online Stakeholder Meeting on the Global Digital Compact, convened by the United Nations Office for Digital and Emerging Technologies.
This dialogue, designed as an inclusive and participatory space, underscored the importance of accessibility, collaborative engagement, and the meaningful involvement of stakeholders worldwide.

During the discussion, the Global AI Center highlighted
the need to advance digital inclusion through legal innovation, algorithmic dignity, and disability-inclusive AI frameworks —
particularly significant as this discussion follows
the International Day of Persons with Disabilities on 3 December.
We would also like to highlight the invaluable contribution of our colleague, VALENTYN PRIANYKOV, Head of the International Department for Algorithmic Dignity & Rights of Persons with Disabilities at the Global AI Center. His doctrinal research and leadership have significantly shaped our accessibility-driven legal proposals, particularly in advancing algorithmic dignity, disability-inclusive AI architectures, and rights-based digital governance.
The Global AI Center owes VALENTYN PRIANYKOV deep appreciation for his sustained work and commitment to strengthening global standards in this field.
At the Global AI Center, we affirm that digital divides are not merely technological gaps — they reflect structural inequalities and insufficient normative foresight. Closing them requires:
💠predictive, not reactive, regulatory strategies;
💠recognising accessibility as a global public good;
💠elevating persons with disabilities as co-designers and rights-holders;
💠embedding dignity, autonomy, and equality into every layer of the digital ecosystem.
A heartfelt thank you to today’s moderators and speakers for steering such an insightful and constructive conversation. Your contributions made this dialogue meaningful and truly enriching.
The transformation we seek is not incremental — it is constitutional.
